Do I need an account or phone number?
No. Just your name, email and package interest. All communication and follow-up are by email. Device details and a message are optional.
Is the ViewArc TV app available?
Our Google TV / Android TV app is in private testing. Public availability and verified device coverage have not been announced. Ask about your exact device before buying equipment or a player.
How do I get help?
Email support@viewarc.co with your device model, the exact issue and what you have tried. Never include passwords or card details. For package questions, use hello@viewarc.co. All replies are by email.
